Petware House

I am new to the aquarium hobby and they really helped me to understand what I was doing wrong. I had been to several petstores around town and received a lot of conflicting information. After 2 weeks with the Petware house employees my tank was beautiful and I was really enjoying my new hobby.
I also had priced many of the aquarium items and other pet supplies that I use regularly and found their prices to be competitive.

way overpriced on everything, go somewhere else. the guy running the aquarium section is a real dick, i think his names ben. for salt water selection go to coralreefaquariums on anthony. for pet supplies go to petsuppliesplus, the end.

Best selection of saltwater fish in town. Employee's were very helpful with selection and compatibility. They were very busy, but they never made me feel rushed.

it was a wonderful store, but it was under staffed and had overpriced items. but was all in all a wonderful pet store the pet were tken care of and had a wide veriety of animal to choose from too.

Although this store is physically very attractive and interesting to visit, I found the prices to be extraordinarily high on dry dog food. I was comparison shopping on the particular brand that I use -- Diamond. I spot checked their prices on other supplies as well, which also seemed high. Based on what they were asking for Diamond dog food versus what I can get it for right down the road, I don't know how they stay in business.

This isn't the best pet store in town, but it does have a large variety of fish. The animals seem to be taken well care of. They don't have many helpers so you have to go hunt down people to help you sometimes.

PROS: Nice fish department
CONS: Hard to find help

they have a very good variety of items for all pets. We go in at least once a month to check out all the new items. They have very good prices, and will lower them if the product is not perfect. Willing to talk to you aqbout your pets, and thier care.

PROS: great variety
CONS: under staffed at times
