While the bookstore at Purdue West generally has a better selection, University Bookstore is nearer to most of campus, and if you're in a pinch, that can make all the difference.

While I was a student at Purdue, I bought all of my books and supplies at the University Book Store. It was small enough that you could find what you needed without being overwhelmed. The staff was always well trained and helpful.

This bookstore has a decent number of used books that are generally in fairly good condition. The books are not a fantastic price, and you might be able to do better online, but they are convenient and pretty well stocked.

This place has fair prices on textbooks. Also, unlike most other book stores, its other items (pens, notebooks, binders, etc) come at a fair price too. It is still higher than staples or office max, but you pay a little extra for the convience of its location.
