This local company often runs coupons for special deals in the newspaper inserts. We decided to give them a try recently, and they did a good job on our carpets overall. They didn't do as well on set-in stains as we had hoped, but I don't know if anyone would have been able to get those out with just one cleaning. The staff were friendly, although they seemed to be in a hurry. They were nice enough to do our hallway without charging us extra, and they are proud of the fact that the price they advertise is the price you pay - no hidden charges.
