I went in on a Saturday with a flat tire. They noticed a nail in my tire and said it could be patched up but it may take 1-1 1/2 hours to finish because they were busy. It ended up taking more than 2 hours just to have my tire patched. Other than that, they were pretty customer service oriented. I wouldn't recommend going in on a Saturday, can't speak for any other day of the week.
