Kohl's Department Store

Today was my second visit to this store. During the first visit, I felt uncomfortable as grouchy sales people wouldn't give a proper answer to a sales question let alone a smile. I being of Indian origin sensed it all too well during the first visit itself. Today, my wife had three five dollar coupons. The coupons never stated that there is a limit to how many you could use. But, as we do with several other stores, if we have more than one coupon, we use different credit cards to charge it thinking that one per customer rule may apply. My wife charged the first coupon and then I went ahead and charged the second set of item with my coupon. The lady at the counter grimaced as if I was stealing their item. There was this guy who ran to the next counter to warn that we may come with next coupon. My wife continued shopping and took the next coupon to another counter near the item she picked. The salesperson had an equally disgusted look. Then, totally unaware that my wife was doing this, I took another item and tried to charge it at the counter and the lady in the next counter shouted that we were charging the third coupon. Then I asked the guy at the counter (His nameplate had the Asst. Manager title. He was polite and courteous). I was paying whether there was a limit to how many you could use and he said there is a 3 limit. But, my wife says there is no such thing written in the coupon. If you are not white beware of this store. Either that or these guys are getting profit sharing and they are just jealous that customers are getting a good deal. BAD Customer service

The only complaint that I have...and this is with all Kohl's Department Stores... they attempt to cram too much merchandise onto the sales floor. At times the racks are so close together, you end up knocking merchandise onto the floor, as you pass between racks.
