Ratings_icons Wont last long with poor service and prices

Nate H.

They are extremly over priced and if you enjoy additude instead of service then by all means go ahead. None of the frames have prices. "Big hint to gauging retail prices". When researching frames online i found the ones i was intrested in almost 200.00$ cheaper then ossip. The workers there where preoccupied with each other or arrogant. I will not purchase from ossip. You will walk out using your insurace and still paying what you would retail anywhere else. Do your wallet a favor and go somewhere else or order online. I found several places that can beat even the budget places. Happy Hunting

This Indy area group is on par with ANY in NY or LA. Yeah, prices may be a little higher, but you certainly get what you pay for.Service is tops! I would recommend Ossip to anyone.

Ratings_icons Horrible experience

Anonymous

I had a horrible experience at the Fishers location. I was not directed to what my budget would allow me to spend. It was not about the patient, only about what they could sell you. I walked out and will never return. I ended up going to Progressive and they worked within my budget and left with out of pocket expense of 75.00 with insurance. Much better than Ossip. I highly recommend Progressive.

Ratings_icons Excellent selection but expensive

Although Ossip accepts most vision plans, you still end up spending quite a bit of money on your glasses. They have a huge selection and the staff is very helpful. They are very thorough with their exams compared to other cheaper vision places. However, I didn't like spending over $300 on glasses that I only wear about 30 mins a day. I mainly wear my contacts and those were quite expensive there as well. The quality was great though compared to my cheaper glasses.

Ratings_icons Great Selection, Kinda Pricey

Kendra B. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,203

This is such a fabulous place to find glasses that you will actually want to wear. The selection of frames is very extensive and the styles represented are much more unique than those you would find in a more traditional optometry store.

Ossip accepts most major health care plans and they employ a staff of optometrists to help you determine exactly what perscription you will need.
