I ate here for months, with no problem. When they introduced the "market fresh" salad scheme, they got rid of their large garden salad. I called to report my displeasure to corporate office, and was told that they could still make the salad for me, and charge me the same (somewhere around $3) Everything was ok for a few weeks, but a new manager took over the shift (some skinny woman with straight brownish hair) She became so rude with me over the "salad issue" She told me that they would no longer accomidate me, and that I would have to pay the $6 something for a chicken strip salad, and have them on the side or pick them off myself. I called her corporate office again, and they sent me a coupon for a free market fresh salad meal. The resturant had to put a notice up that they were to allow customers to order the less expensive vegetarian option which had been removed from the menu.
The manager told the employee at the register to give me a small side salad instead with nothing on it, because she was NOT bending. She said if I wanted to pay for a side salad, that's what I was getting, but I couldn't have the large dinner salad without paying the price for the chicken strip salad.
I tried to use my coupon for this, but was told that the coupon was for a market fresh salad including meat, and I was not to use it for the small vegetarian option.

I never ate here again, and told everyone about this.. I was treated VERY unfairly by a horribly rude and hateful manager. I don't care if she reads this review, because after an entire year, I still won't eat there or give her any business. SHAME ON ARBYS
