My plate wasn't bad. I had the Salmon from the specials menu. My wife wasn't happy with her meal but she did say her Coke was good. The kids?? noodles tasted bad. But one of my kids had the corn dog rolls and it was good. The service wasn't bad but our waitress didn't want to be there or something. We don't plan on going back unless it??s for some drinks.

Cons: Food was not good, Waitress wasnâ??t happy

This brewery offers a sampler of their beer and believe it or not, the one I liked best is called "Butt-faced Amber". It's really good, a reddish color, they even sell shirts that say I got butt-faced at the RAM. We had a lot of fun here at dinner and the food was really good. The price was reasonable.

I've been to the Ram restaurant a few times, mostly around lunch time. Each time I've been here the service is top-notch, the beer is good, and the food is great.... I'd suggest trying any of the burger selections, but other entrees are just as good.

The Ram has a good location, since it is right downtown and much better all around than the Alcatraz Brewing Co. that is across the street. If you're in the Circle Center mall area and don't want to wait at some of the long lines to get into say, Chammps, come on down to the Ram.... The food and pricing is very comparable to Chammps, except the Ram dosen't quite have the extensive menu list. Highly recommended for a beer and burger!

Despite what the last reveiwer wrote, this restaurant/bar is a great place to meet up with friends, old and new. You must be 21 to enter the bar area, where they serve the entire restaurant menu in a casual bar atmosphere. The restaurant side is less noisy and also enjoyable. I enjoy all three microbreweries in downtown Indy, but prefer the Hefeweizen here! Very banana-y! I've also met the brewmaster, Clay, and he's great! This restaurant is non-smoking (excellent!), and they have an outdoor patio on Illinois street.

Pros: Excellent Beer

Cons: A bit pricey, but hey, it's downtown!

Ok, let me keep this short and sweet...drinks lame, service lame, food lame, the atmosphere...well it's a mix of romance mixed with a sports bar...do the two actually mix????

Located in the heart of downtown Indy, RAM is within walking distance of most of the downtown attractions.
The atmosphere is on both ends of the spectrum depending on whether you turn left or right after entering. On the left is a nice low-key restaurant, on the right is a sports bar. they offer a sampler and have growlers available as well. The beers are all above average for the most part.
The service was good when we visited. I thought it was humorous that the staff all wear shirts that read "Drink naked". They are proud to serve their Hefe sans lemon!

The food here is pretty darn good. The Buttface Brat Burger was especially tasty.

The RAM is right across the street from Alcatraz and not too far a walk from Rock Bottom, so it should be a stop in anyone's downtown Indy trip.

Great place to go to prior to the COLTS games. Great food, good service, one block from RCA dome.
