We took our dog their because the dog was limping a little. So when we took her there, she was still walking in 4 legs, but when she got with the X-ray, she was walking on 3 legs. They should us the X-ray, and there was nothing wrong...When she came back home, she didn't move, just laying there... Called the hospital and they said they will call back to check on her. Next day, they didn't call, we had to call back to make an appointment to go. We went inside this time when they were preparing her to take the X ray, and notice that this lady was REALLY rough on her!!!!! What kinda vet is that?!?! They said that there is something wrong with her shoulder but clearly, they were jerking her legs!!!! I guess you never see what's going on behind the closed doors. They were trying to charge us but we told them that we are not paying. To sum it up, here is what wrong about this place.\r\n\r\n1. When the dog is walking on 3legs, pick them up instead making the dog walk.\r\n2. They should check on the dog, by calling the owner the next day.\r\n3. Don?t let someone that rough work there, I mean, dog is scared to be there in the first place\r\n\r\nSo if anybody REALLY hate your dog, and want to torture the dog with pain, I would definitely recommend this place. But if you really love your dog, you should DEFINITELY take the dog someplace else.\r\n

This hospital is amazing, from the girls at the front desk to the techs to the doctors, even the kennel staff and the groomers, I love the staff. They really do care about the pets that come in their prices are reasonable and better then most, I heard some rumors about a shot clinic starting up to save folks money. Its really convienant how I can get everything done in one location, shots, grooming, boarding, surgeries, all of it. There are also 6 other vcas in indy, they have their own lab that all the specimens go to and they work really close with purdue and have their own specialty hospital, vsc. Its extremely convient and very customer driven, one receptionist even hunted down the number to my old vet that I had lost and got all my paperwork faxed over from kentucky because I was in the middle of a move, how great is that?""

The staff is wonderful and the office offers everything. The girls up front are amazing, they really love the pets that come in, they even watch kids for busy parents who really just want to talk to the doctor. Its a one stop shop. Grooming boardings shots surgery, one of the technicians is even getting certified for training. The best doctors are spencer and oxley. They all really go above and beyond to earn your service and keep up customer loyalty. I even saw one of the receptionist dealing with a very disgruntled woman who was just laying into her, she kept her cool, even called a pharmacy for the woman and by the end of it she had the client shaking her hand and apologizing for probably over reacting, it was amazing. Their prices are better then some, there are online coupons if you search and they don't offer you anything that isn't really in your pets best interest, and if they can save you money they will like offering to schedule a groom rather then charge you for a doctor to trim the dogs nails and express their analglands(much more pricey from what I learned) and they'll script out whatever they can to a pharmacy to save you money. That really counts in today's market. I would reccomend them to everyone.
