.

I got to live in Baywater (owned by Copper Beech) when it first opened in West Lafayette, and had a terrible experience. When we went to move in we had to wait several extra hours because they weren't done paiting our apartment or laying the carpet. All of our furniture (we got a furnished apartment) hadn't been delivered yet, and it was weeks before we got it all. We constantly had problems with the internet, and it took forever for us to get a maintenance person to come help when things broke. I later moved into Copper Beech in a one-bedroom which was a much better experience, but continued to remain frustrated with the management and maintenance overall. I've since had my sister and many friends live in one of the 2 complexes and have witnessed them have multiple problems. After visiting friends multiple times since living there I see that the apartments have become trashed by the college kids who have lived there, and the parking lots are constantly covered in broken class. I would never recommend that anyone live there now.
