Previous persons comments are not 100% correct. Employee turnover is not a lot. I notice the same faces when ever I visit, 1-2 times a month. Portions seem to vary at about all taco bells. If you stop by at a busy time, yeah it might be a little messy, but not filthy. Work area behind counter appears clean. Staff has hallways been friendly. But I'm sure we have encountered rude help from time to time. Would I reccomend this. Taco Bell, yes

This Taco Bell, though remodeled about 4 years ago, is not a great one to go to. It is the only one in the Lawrenceburg area - so if you want T-Bell you don't have much choice. The eating area is usually somewhat dirty, and the bathrooms I would advise avoiding altogether. It seems that the help changes there frequently, and is slow and usually somewhat ineffective. If you have more than 4 people, plan on something being wrong with your order.

Portion control is poor at this location - just about every other Taco Bell I have been to gives you much more meat and toppings on your taco. Normally the meat given on a standard taco isn't enough to cover the bottom of the taco shell.

On a recent visit I was given almost no meat, and literally 4 shreds of cheese. I took the taco up to complain (about all of the tacos I ordered actually) and the guy shrugged, took the tacos, and added 5 more shreds to each one. That's just poor customer service and training.

Management presence is rare, but if there happens to be a manager (usually a younger African-American lady) then your service might be a little better.

I would avoid this one if you are passing through, just go somewhere else.
