I bought a 99 Cavalier from Valley Motors for $3500. I paid in full, just wanting a simple car to get me to and from work. The O2 sensor went our four days after I bought it. The transmission went out on day 7 and the headgasket on day 16. They charged me $300 to replace the tranny, and put in a used transmission. They refused to guarantee the work, or that it would drive beyond leaving the lot. I am not letting them fix the headgasket, as they want to charge me for that as well, as I refuse to give them another cent for this brick they sold me. They have sold my family several cars in the past and you would think the repeat business would make them willing to be more accomodating towards us when they sold me a bad one--but no. The staff are unhelpful even during the browsing phase, they have no interest in gaining customer loyalty and take no responsibility for selling a useless vehicle.

i bought a used car at valley motors back in october. they told me this car had minor damage to the frontend.they did not tell me this car was a total loss vehicle. i paid for this car in cash . my husband and i used our hard earned money to get a dependable car for our daughter.she didn't even drive it 2 months before the engine went out in it. i called valley motors and they finally came in got the car and said they would fix it. well they had it over a month and its still not fixed. now they tell me that we have to pay for another motor but they will put it in. what kind of bussiness is this anyway? they need to fix this motor we shouldn't have to put all our hard earned money into another motor.we were offering to pay half the cost but now they refuse.i see how they stay in bussiness, by taking money from from honest people like us and basically screwing them over. i hope other consumers see this and think twice before buying a vehicle from this place.

There was nothing wrong with the car, it had minor damage and was fixed. His real problems started when he failed to make his payments on the vehicle and showed up on the repo list. He defaulted on the contract and started hiding the car. The car was repossessed after several weeks of him avoiding any effort to resolve the matter. We have been in business over 20 years, and go above and beyond to take care of our customers.

Do NOT buy a car from these guys. They sold me a car with the wrong paperwork, then 3 months later they call and tell me that they gave me the wrong title, so I was driving for two months with an illegal license plate!! My insurance was also then for the wrong vehicle!!

Does the trouble stop there? NO! The correct title for the car says that it was a salvage/rebuilt vehicle!!!! Wait, the title they showed me first was clean!! So now I have purchased a salvage vehicle!!

End of troubles?? NO WAY!!!!!!!! I called Valley Motors on March 25 and spoke with Lisa who told me I can bring in the remaining balance of my car on April 3rd. March 26 they repo my car!! wait? its not April 3rd yet?!?! So now I can't go to work because I have no car. Thanks Valley Motors. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS BAD NEWS!!!!!!!!

Pros: lots of cars, good prices, see the cons very important!!

Cons: they sell cars with salvage titles but show you the wrong clear title. VIN does not match cars!
