A few years ago when they were starting out, I needed help fixing my computer fast. On-site picked up the PC, fixed it and delivered it to me at 1 AM!!! That sort of "above and beyond" attitude" served them well.

Now that I've launched my own website they have been my MVP. Simply put, everything they have told me has come to pass. Extremely knowledgable, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help me learn and succeed. Highly recommended!

On-Site helped me quickly determine the problem with my computer, ordered and delivered the parts needed to repair it, and got me back up and running very quickly. I felt they treated me fairly and honestly. And the technician I worked with was very personable, he didn't treat me like an idiot just because he knows more about computers than I do.

We have had On Site Computer Solutions at our home three times in the last few months to repair our home business computers. Alex, who assisted us two of the three times, is especially talented and got right to the heart of the problem. He knew just how to fix everything and got our computers going again quickly. The prices are a bit on the high side, but the prompt response and thorough knowledge of their staff made it worth it to us.
