I can't say enough good things about Northside ENT, specifically Dr. Hackett and vocal therapist Rebecca Risser. As a professional singer and music teacher, I was terrified that my persistent laryngitis might mean surgery and/or the end of my career. But after ten weeks under their care, I sound better than I have in years -- without surgery! Northside is well worth the 90-minute drive from my part of the state.

I would recommend Northside to anyone needing an audiologist or otolaryngologist. I was a nervous wreck about taking my infant there. She said 7 ear infections by the time she was 12 months old. I was referred here and she had a surgical procedure to place tubes in ears. We have been ear infection free ever since. Their customer service was excellent. They explained the procedures in lamest terms so I could understand. I got the chance to ask many questions and was provided with much literature about the subject. The location was very convenient as well.
