If there is a health nut learking inside of you and you are wanting to go to a great place to workout Speice is the place for you. It is a very clean place with the nicest staff. They treat you with respect and kindness. There are plenty of machines to workout on, as well as the weights. The equipment is well cared for and in great repair. They have a day spa so you can treat yourself to day on pampering. This place has it all for the health nut in us all.

This place is great, and well worth the money!
They have all the equipment you could ever need, and lots of it!
They have ROWS of treadmills and eliptical trainers, so, I never have to wait!
There is always a large staff there to help with anything yu may need. They have nutritionalists, and personal trainers
available for a fee.
There is also a day spa! You can totally spoil yourself there!
Also, there is a big basketball court where they hold league games of all ages.
The food counter makes great protein shakes, and has a nice menu. The pro shop very nice also!
You just can't go wrong!

PROS: opens early and stays open until late night
CONS: for me, it's a bit of a drive
