Went to High School at Ben Davis and spent many a day after school there. The decor has changed very little since I started going there in 1978.

The jukebox used to be on other side of the waitress station toward the back.

The specialty is the Sicilian pan style pizza which is cooked in a pan coated with olive oil.

The Blue Cheese on the salad bar is excellent and tastes better than any blue cheese dressing I have ever sampled.

The breadsticks are always baked fresh and are delicious even without any cheese.

I still go there from time to time.

I actually loved this Noble Romans so much that I had my birthday party there my sophomore year of high school. The atmosphere is nice and dim, and the food is great and priced well. The service was great, possibly because it was only 4:00 in the afternoon and it was not busy at all. They did great accomodating us and even offered to refriderate my cake while we ate dinner. I highly reccomend their breadsticks with marinara sauce.

New visitors won't be impressed by the inside, but to me it's nostalgic and I love the ambiance. I grew up going to a location just like this in the 80's in Lafayette, IN. I thought they all closed, now only existing in crappy gas station/strip mall format, but then I moved to the west side of Indy and stumbled upon this treasure. The pizza is great, this is the only place to get it where they have a real pizza oven and a neat viewing area for kids to watch the pizzas being made. The gas station places are just sending it thru a conveyor belt oven - NOT THE SAME. Only the breadsticks are similar at the gas station places, if you want the real Noble Roman's pizza you have to come to this location.

Pros: A great classic Pizza parlor - hard to find something like this anymore

Cons: Some new visitors will probably not care for the 80's interior

Where to start? If you are looking for a treadmill pizza of lesser quality then keep on looking pilgrim. But, if you have grown up with the friendlier open to view preparation areas of Noble Romans Pizza, you will appreciate the quality, care and freshness of their product line.

I've eaten here at Noble Roman's a few times and the service has been great.

When you first go inside the restaurant the first thing that jumps out at you is that this is very much a pizza parlor from the 70s or early 80s that were very popular back then (Except the jukebox is missing LOL!)-- from the lacquered wood booths, to arcade machines in the front, to the televisions located in every view.

This isn't by accident either-- this store has been open for many years, and once you taste the pizza, you'll know why! The ingredients are fresh, and the pizza tastes head and shoulders better than other "Noble Romans" I've eaten at.

Make sure to attend "Sicilian Sunday", where every Sunday you can get a large deep-dish sicilian-style pizza for a deep discount, like $8 or $9 for a large pie-- or if you want to feed a hungry family thru the week, pick up one of their "Colossial-size" pizzas (I think they're 18" or 20") with one topping for well under $20-- it will feed ANY family of 4 with very healthy appetites!!!! Excellent pizza place, IMO.

This is a very nice place for pizza. The ambiance is nice and the pizza wonderful. When we are going out for pizza there is not even a question as to where. They dont deliver but their carry-out is fast if you call ahead. Breadsticks are the best in the city.

I just love this Noble Romans! Staff are always friendly and work quickly to make sure your order is taken and your food is prepared correctly. They have a wonderful salad bar and I think the lunch specials offered are a great deal. The inside is always clean and the breadsticks are definitely worth a visit!

PROS: Great service, friendly staff, good prices
CONS:
