We found Montessori Centres to be an outstanding institution for academics. Furthermore, our children found the school environment to be fun, engaging, happy and very comfortable.

Montessori Centres is FANTASTIC at instilling a real joy in learning.
A wonderful school indeed!!!

We tried two traditional preschools with dismal results before discovering Montessori Centres. This school has been the answer to our prayers! Our two children are both bright but have vastly different learning styles. The Montessori method is allowing both of them to excel and thrive. The school has a dedicated staff with very low turnover rates. Every adult in the building is there because they love working with the children and it shows. My children can't wait to get to school every morning, and I believe it's because the staff and materials are so inviting.Montessori Centres is the oldest continually run Montessori school in the state, which only adds to my confidence as a parent choosing the school. Is Montessori Centres the newest and shiniest school out there? No. Is it a place where my children excel and are not only encouraged but also given every possible tool to reach their highest potential? Absolutely, unequivocally yes, yes, yes!

My daughter has been in several daycares since birth, due to job changes, etc. She has attended Montessori Centres since she turned three, and is completing her second year. I can't say enough good things about them. The building is an older converted home, but they have all the proper instructional tools and fantastic teachers that may make up for the lack of a "snazzy" and "showy" facility.

The director comes from a line of Montesorri teachers, and does fantastic job with her school. A diverse classroom is what you'll find, as well as diverse parenting represented. The teachers do a great job catering to individual needs, while still running a tight enough ship that real work gets done there every day.

I fear my child being bored when she attends public kindergarten next fall!! She is already reading, knows a lot of basic geography, science and mathematic skills. She has also developed social skills outside of playtime. She is polite and greets adults in a proper manner, shaking hands. Things I can't imagine being taught in a general daycare setting.

The school has two classrooms, a Pre-K with a mix of children ages 3-5, and a primary room with children 6-9.
