My roommates and I just recently finished out our lease here. We have had numerous problems with the management numerous times. Every time we needed to speak with the manager he was never in and he took forever to return a phone call, which doesn't make any sense since he lives above the model apartment. Our water heater had flooded our hallway and when I told him about it he just got an attitude with me and then 2 days later maintenance came and put a huge fan in our hallway and left it in our apartment for 3 months. At the begining of this summer our a/c went out and it took them 4 days to fix it. It was so hot in the apartment that we could not stay there. All the manager could say was "I'm sorry that it happy to you over the holiday weekend." When we did our walk through he was trying to charge us way more than was reasonable. I mean, we didn't do that much damage to the apartment, just carpet needed cleaned. I believe that is what our deposit was for. The parking is also horrible, people speed through there all the time. Residents in my building would leave their trash sitting outside of their apartments and children would be writing on the outside walls with chalk.

My husband and I (along with our newborn daughter) lived in these apartments approximately 3 years ago. I wish that we never moved in.

The nightmare began with mold in our master bath that office management did not want to address. Only after persistently calling them every day did the problem get fixed.

We had two tenants living above us that refused to take out their trash. Their idea of taking the trash out consisted of placing the bags and boxes onto the balcony. After two weeks of the trash remaining on the balcony, mice and cockroaches were everywhere. We asked the office staff to address the tenants and demand the trash be removed. After two days, when the staff did nothing about it, I found myself having to confront the tenants. Never once did the office offer to pay for extermination. Our reassurance was, "The mice and roaches now have no need to come to that balcony, so they will leave the premises shortly."

Same tenants, different story - The two people above us had frequent guests that did not seem to remember that the walls are paper thin. Almost every day we would have to ask them to turn down the TV or music. We would knock on their door to remind them to be mindful of their neighbors. Before I knew it, these two tenants had filed a noise complaint against us for knocking on their door. The office manager sided with them, and we received a notice of eviction if the tenants above complained again.

Please remember, we had an unusually quiet baby at home. We tried to be as silent as possible. The property boasts customer service, but never once did I feel that our needs were met. My husband and I are not demanding tenants, but we do expect to live in a sanitary environment. We bought out our lease due to the living conditions this property provided. Sure, the property is inexpensive, but you always get what you pay for.

We lived in these apartments when they were first built in 2002 for two years. These apartments are very spacious. The two bedroom comes standard with 2 bathrooms. In the master suite you have a walk through closet into the master bathroom. For the space and quality your getting the price is great. They even offer full size washer & dryer hookups in all units.
