Service Good but Smoky Waiting Area

I had my tires rotated and my oil changed yesterday at this establishment and I found the woman behind the counter very friendly and knowledgeable. The people who worked on my car were very quick. My only complaint is that the lobby where I had to wait was full of cigarette smoke. I am a nonsmoker and I found it extremely unpleasant since it hurt my throat and it made my clothes and hair reek for the rest of my drive home. But it was nice that they were friendly. I'd like to come back but if it is smoky again I may not continue to go there.

Thank you Danny D. for taking the time to review our business. My name is Brenda and I am the lady behind the counter. I am an ASE Certified Service Consultant with 23 years of experience in the automotive repair field. I appreciate your compliment. I would like to make it clear that the lobby and office area at our facility are NON-SMOKING areas. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business, on occasion we have to deal with a vehicle that emits smoke. Although, we do have in place, an exhaust handling/removal system in the shop space, on occasion the emissions are too great to be removed instantly. The lobby and office space have a separate air handling system than the work area. I apologize for your discomfort and I assure you that such an occurrence does not happen often. Please visit us again, we appreciate your patronage!
