The service at Splash salon was great. Lacey colored and cut my hair and she actually listened when I told her what I wanted done. She took time out to explain things to me and she guided me while I was making decisions about my hair. I LOVE the end result and I will definitely be back. Two thumbs up Lacey!

I lost my hair stylist to a move and called Splash because it is close to my house. I had read a review and thought I would take a chance. Kiem V. is awesome! He listens to what you want and always makes sure he understands your vision. He then suggests what he thinks would make it better.

The moment you walk in, you are pampered. From the wonderful shampoos and head massages to a hot towel for your hands. I have never been disappointed. I have had many compliments on my color and cut since beginning with Kiem. I hope he never moves.

I tried Splash on a whim, and was pleased with the result. Kiem Vong was my stylist and was/is an excellent communicator about what he was/is doing. He guided me through each step he planned to take based on what I had asked for, to make sure we had the same "vision". I get compliments often on my hair, and have never regretted taking a risk by going to a new place. Prior to living in this area, I lived in Chicago and had access to some of the best hairdressers in the country. Splash definately does a good job of measuring up. I live in Greenfield now, and don't mind the hike up to Castleton, because I know I'll be getting my money's worth.

I moved here from Dallas/Fort Worth Texas 5 years ago.
In my search for the perfect haircut, I came across Splash. I have never looked back. The minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed with a smile, and the daily stresses just seem to melt away. You are now in the Splash zone, a relaxing environment, getting 1st class treatment, and your the center of attention, as Jacqueline and her professional staff make sure of that. I recommend Splash to anyone looking for that perfect haircut, attention to detail, like to be pampered, because at Splash it's true, customer satisfaction is # 1.

After leaving LUSH because of my stylist leaving (interestingly no one there contacted me to see if I would like to try someone new; I was searching for someone who could cut short hair, teach me styling tips, and would also give me contemporary styles. I tried Splash and was "assigned" Kiem (guy). He has done work in LA and I left completely thrilled with my new style and cut. Not only did I leave happy with the cut, but his head massages were/are phenomenal! He never pushes color and is completely honest about upkeep.

I had my hair done a couple weeks ago at Splash for the first time. Nadine Gorogiani was my hairstylist. She is such a sweet person and was a blast to talk to. She took her time and did a fabulous job on my hair color. If you are looking for a hairstylist, go into Splash on 82nd street in Indianapolis, next to DSW and ask for Nadine by name. Enjoy the experience!!!

I had been spending a fortune at DL Lowry for over a year - and ended up with fried, fraying, damaged hair. Not only did my stylist there not know what to do for my hair - he didn't even seem to notice!

I walked into Splash to purchase some product, and Jacqueline took one look at my hair and noticed immediatly that my hair was lacking protein and offered a complimentary treatment which made an instant improvement.

I have been going to Splash for about 6 months now, and my hair is growing healthier and looks fantastic!

andrea is an amazing hair stylist. i had brought in a picture of what i wanted my hair to look like and she took the time to go over all the colors that she would be using and what would look best with my own hair. the cut and color turned out better than i could imagine. very talanted and great personal attention. thanks

What a wonderful salon, Andrea did a terrific job on my hair; I love it and have had many compliments. Everyone that works there is so nice and very talented.

Kiem is great! I had been looking for a stylist in Indy for a couple of years and found these reviews on Citysearch. I called and spoke to the receptionist who suggested I book an appointment with Kiem based on my hair type.

Kiem sat with me for 20 minutes on my first visit just talking to me about what I wanted to do, what cuts would complement my face shape and features, and what I wanted to do with my color. I wanted to take my hair color from a dirty blonde to a copper-red - big change!

He did a great job and I received several comments that my new color really complements my skin tone. I just went back for my 2nd appointment and couldn't be happier. I have finally found a great stylist in Indy!

I look forward to each appointment with Jacqueline at Splash Hair Salon.

My experience starts the day before my appointment, when I receive a personal call to confirm my appointment from the receptionist. Confirming appointments seems to be a lost art, but not with Splash. In today's busy world, that reminder phone call helps!

When I walk in the door, I'm greeted promptly and professionally. Their level of customer service always exceeds my expectations! I feel among friends from the moment I arrive and enjoy browsing the new arrivals in the boutique.

Jacqueline's technical expertise, combined with her commitment to the integrity of my hair without losing site of the end result I'm looking for has resulted in a healthy head of hair I'm proud of!

The shampoo bowl is far more than "lather, rinse, repeat". The treatment, the massage, the relaxing chairs...no words are adequate.

Not to be missed!

I have been going to Jacqueline now for several months. Before meeting her I was NEVER happy with my color or cut. From my first meeting with Jacqueline she took a lot of time talking with me. Her level of expertise is amazing. I have received so many compliments on my hair (I never did in the past). My hair is healthier, shinier, and when I leave I am always happy with the results. Splash is a great salon, I would highly recommend it.

Sarah Lamb is always welcoming and straight-up on recommendations. I would recommend Sarah for both female and male clients. Her cuts are precision, and in my case with difficult hair, she makes it look effortless.
The overall experience goes beyond just the cut....her massage is wonderful as well! Call her you will be happy with the results.

I have been looking for a new salon, and stylist for about a year, untill I found Lacy and splash! Know one has ever been able to understand what i needed in a style,color and cut. The shampoo was very relaxing and i felt pampered. The staff was also friendly and made me feel welcome. I would highly recommend going to to see Lacy!

I lost my hairstylist to Los Angeles! I worked my way down 82nd street AND 96th street trying to find a stylist. After my 4th bad haircut, I found Lacy at Splash. I have very thick (and a lot of) hair, but like to wear it short and textured. She listened to what I wanted as well as listened to all my quirks about what i didn't like and she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it! She gave me not just a cut, but a style unique to me. and my personality. I was so excited and relieved to finally find someone who could cut my hair. I also liked the salon because they are very friendly and I always feel welcomed when I walk through the door. Kudos to Stephanie as well, as she is always very friendly to me.

When you go to a salon you expect to get what you ask for. You don't expect to have to come home and have your sister redo your hair for you an hour before you need to walk down the aisle. What you also don't expect is that when you call to talk to someone about the horrible experience that you had is to repeatedly have to call back because there is a complete lack of customer service. This is true not only of the manager of the salon, but even worse the owner. When you call to discuss the poor service that you recieved and are asked "Well what do you want from us?", this is something that makes you wonder how is this place still open. The salon itself is very clean and inviting and the receptionist is very friendly, but if you are looking for a good customer service experience I would suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I was desperate for a new stylist, and walked in without an appt, something I never do. Kiem was amazing. He has experience in all types of hair, but has taken classes at the Sasson Academy in LA and seems to enjoy cutting short hair, not something I've seen before. He listens, discusses, and gives reasons for his ideas. He is a master with a scissors, and a perfectionist. A shampoo is so much more than a shampoo with Kiem. A massage of my scalp, neck and shoulders is such a treat before my cut. This is not your usual hair stylist...he is exceptional!

My husband and I both go exclusively to Splash for our cuts. Kiem has been doing our hair for years and we love him. He is a true professional and takes the time, every time, to know you're happy with the result. We both agree he is the best stylist each of us has ever had.

The salon experience is beautifully upscale and calming, but also maintains a friendly atmosphere. We're certainly happy with, and staying with, Splash.

Kiem explained everything and took his time to expertly cut my hair. I have moved quite a bit so I have had a lot of people cut my hair. Interestingly, I suggested he do what he thinks would be best for my hair, face etc. He cut it just like my favorite stylist was cutting it before I moved from California. I love the highlights too. A big sigh of relief to find Kiem after hunting for a great sylist in Indy for a year and a half. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The moment I walked into Splash Hair Salon I knew it was special! The look, the personnel, the entire atmosphere says Welcome and We Care! I pay a little more for my cut and color, but have never regreted a single dollar spent! The time, care and listening during consultation at EACH visit; the end result; the guidance provided in keeping that look without my stylist! I am so pampered that when I leave I feel relaxed, I've enjoyed my time, and most of all I LOOK PRETTY! By far, the BEST place in town to get the best look in town!

My two daughters (15&18yrs) and I who are from California,were visiting my sister in Indiana the first part of July, and decided to get our hair done. I made 4 appt's in a salon I have never been to, and with stylist's I have never met. Pretty risky...but all in all,an awesome experience! My 2 daughters have received numerous compliments on their cuts, and Kiem was an absolute delight! The man has an amazing talent working with hair, and especially making 2 teenage girls beam! My cut/color experience was with Lacy who was just as incredible. She turned my 49 yr old, dull hair into a shiny, healthy and beautiful do! She even applied a dash of color to my eyebrows which certainly made a difference. I would highly recommend these two talented stylist's and cannot wait to check in on our next visit in December. What a shame we live so far away, however; my sister is looking forward to another appt. with Kiem for a color...which is a new experience for her! She can't wait...Thanks so much for making us feel welcome and beautiful!

I just moved here from california, And was recommended by a family member to go to Lacy! I really appeciated how she took the time to listen to exactly what my needs and wants were. She did a awesome job!!! She has a warm and welcoming personality! She really showed me how much she loves doing hair! The rest of the staff was also polite and attentive to my every need. I lived in Manhattan, NYC, for 10 years and 5 of those I looked for a hairdresser who could work with my fine graying hair. I visited my daughter in INDY who introduced me to Jacquline. After the first visit, especially for color, I decided to travel to IN to have Jacquiline "color " my hair. I knew it was very suitable for me, because strangers in NYC would ask, "who is your hairdresser?" I loved to respond and sing her praises. (And still do!) That was about 6 years ago; I now live in Carmel and am still contented with the total service at Splash! Anyone who colors their hair should go to Jacquiline. She applies the color so that there is no "tell-tale line" after 4-5 weeks! Could not find that anywhere else! Also, the cut she gives me still looks good as it grows. No shaggy hair.

I never believed anyone could do anything with my fine hair but then I found Jacqueline! I had gone to another hairdresser for years but always left so discouraged and so helpless. My hair was literally flat to my head by the time I got home. I dreaded my appointments and cringed when I wrote a check. My hair had no shine or life. I didn't have a "bad hair day" - I had a "bad hair life".

THEN I FINALLY FOUND JACQUELINE!!!! Now I am excited when my appointment comes and I can't wait to there! She studies your hair and recommends perfect color and cut. I never thought MY hair could look so great and I get compliments all the time! Trust me... I never got any compliments until I went to Jacqueline. I now ENJOY my hair! And when I saw my hair after the first time Jacqueline did her "magic", my eyes filled with tears to think my hair could look that good.

IF I COULD MAKE A WISH? It would be for every person who had fine hair to experience the absolute JOY of what Jacqueline can do with and for fine hair. They would be truly amazed!

This was my first trip to Splash; Jacqueline (the owner) was my stylist who I had chosen after reading reviews on CitySearch. She was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the way she talked to me about my hair, adding her own opinions and suggestions, without being overbearing. My color was fantastic and the cut was even better. The price is worth it; I will definitely be returning in the near future.

I went in last minute for a haircut because I live across the street. I was given Lacey who was available at the time. She finished quickly which is what I needed but the cut was horrible. She didn't pay attention to what I asked for a seemed to do whatever she wanted. I would never go back again!

I could also write a book on spa and eyebrow treatment! Daphney at Splash has truely opened my eyes to great skin care and the perfect eybrows! The spa I went to before, did my eyebrows in just a matter of minutes...but when I came to Splash, Daphney actually sat me down and pointed out that my eyebrows were totally uneven! I looked lopsided! She also explained to me a treatment plan on getting things evened out and sculped perfect! Since then, I have had a microderm...it was probably the best thing I have ever done for my skin! The whole sessions was relaxing..with music, a heated bed and a nice fuzzy blanket to wrap up in! Truely Amazing! Daphney knows what she is doing!! Splash also carries a facial cleansing system that has turned my skin around!! I look a few years younger!! It is called Luzern and I highly recomend it!! ASK FOR DAPHNEY!!

Kimberly (hair) and Nikki (nails) are the best. Kimberly has done my hair since I moved to Indy and has seen me through multiple style and color changes, always coming up with exactly what I want, even though I don't know what that is. The latest has been described as the perfect style for me and it's easy for me to style and maintain.

Nikki does the best French manicure I've ever had and I don't miss the acrylics anymore. She also manages to keep the polish on my nails - No one has ever been able to accomplish this feat w/o acrylics before. Unlike some of the other spas in town, you are never rushed through your service at Splash - it's always a nice relaxing experience - just the way it's supposed to be.

Splash comes highly recommended. I've been seeing Lacy for years and she always does such a great job. The owner, Jackie is extremely knowledgeable and brings great ideas to the table. The atmosphere in Splash is very relaxing and extremely high class. I look forward to going every 6 weeks. Splash is better than chocolate. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is amazing, especially Lacy! I've never felt more comfortable and appreciative going to any other salon then when I first starting going to Splash over a year ago and getting my hair cut by her. No other stylist comes close. If you want the salon experience you can only get from a stylist in Paris, London, LA, NYC, or Miami, go see Lacy!! Lacy really listened to me and gave me the cut and style that I wanted. You can tell that she truly values her clients because she listens and gives you suggestions and opinions and treats you with the up most respect. I've never received compliments on my hair cuts until I went to go see her and now all my friends and family go to see her. Everything she does is absolutely AMAZING, from the shampoo, to the cut and color, from being greeted at the door, to checking out. You haven't experienced a cut and style until you've gone to see Lacy!

BEST SALON IN INDIANAPOLIS!!!! I've been to several different salons but since discovering Splash over 18 months ago I will never switch again. They have the friendliest best trained staff there is. The staff goes above and beyond to help all their clients. From Stephanie welcoming you, to your stylist asking you your opinion to Jacqueline stopping by to see if you are happy with your style or to make suggestions. They were able to repair my hair color after just one visit. I now have best color I have ever had and more compliments from friends than I ever thought possible. I see Daphne every four weeks and she is wonderful. She always follows up with a card!! I have never had that type of service from a salon before!
All I can say is check is out as soon as you can!!!

I have been going to see Kim for over 4 years now. She is an amazing stylist that I have recommended to all my friends. I have long frizzy hair that is not easy to work with (to say the least). Kim does an amazing job on my color and helps to make my hair manageable for someone like me who is horrible at styling etc... She suggests products that would help but NEVER PRESSURES me to buy any expensive products I dont need. I would tell ANYONE who would listen to make an appointment with Kimberly!

I have never been to a salon that provides the overall service I receive at Splash. Having been unsatisfied with other local salons, I made the switch to Splash about three years ago when I simply walked in off the street and spoke to Jacqueline, who I assumed was simply one of the sylists employed by the salon. She was very unpretentious and took the time to answer my questions and give me ideas about what types of changes I could consider based on the things I was not happy about. Her ideas were fantastic, and I have never looked back!! Oh, and it also turns out Jacqueline is owner of the salon. Every time I see her she is very interested in how I liked my color and cut from the previous visit. I have never been happier with any stylist than I have been with her, and I have never repeatedly been given more compliments or asked who my stylist is than I have since starting with her.

As if this wasn't good enough, my daughter started seeing one of the other stylists (Cortland) and she just loves him (as a person) and his work. I have also had the opportunity to see Daphney, their aesthetician, for facials and microdermabrasion treatments. She has been a tremendous help in not only her treatments, but she has helped me in managing my home care products (even saving me money!), and is truly passionate about her clients receiving the very best care. On more than one occasion she has called me at home to give me information about new products she had researched on her own time, and she always follows up with a call after my treatments to make sure everything is going well. Daphney is an absolute sweetheart and I know you will just love her like I do!

I truly cannot say enough about the positive experiences I have had since making the switch to Splash. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave, you will never meet a more pleasant and talented group of people who treat you as if you are their only customer.

I've NEVER been so impressed by a hair stylist! Finding Kiem Voong at Splash was a dream-come-true. I have never had a hair cutting experience so awesome. I felt like I was getting my hair styled by a Hollywood stylist. Each time I've left Splash I have been swarmed with compliments and I love to brag about just how wonderful my experience was. First of all, you've never had your hair shampooed until you've had Kiem! His technique is unique and I felt so pampered with the Chinese styled scalp massage. Second, he really explains his approach thoroughly and regards your input. I trust him completely. His experience is solid and he has a lot of insight. Most importantly, he LOVES what he does. I've never been to a stylist who was so passionate about his or her profession. I know he is going to go far in his pursuits. I feel so lucky to have found him!

If you are looking for a good stylist, ask for Missy! Now that i've found her, i will not see anyone else. She has given me the best hair cut and hair color i've ever had. Not to mention, I really had a great time getting to know her. She's got a great personality and is a great listener. I definitely walked out of there very happy with the results. I went in the salon having no idea what I wanted. Missy took the time to to work with me on ideas and taught me what products would be right for me. Splash can be described in one word "sheik"! Check it out! You won't be sorry!

I have been going to Jacqueline for several years, and wouldn't consider going to anyone else. Here's why: Jacqueline is a true professional and makes it her business to stay up on the latest styles. I trust her explicitely with my color and cut. My favorite compliment to her is when someone stops me and asks me "who does your hair?" She always makes me feel like a million bucks, and I am proud to be her walking billboard. I never hesitate to recommend Jacqueline and will remain her client for years to come.

Missy Sutherland has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend her. She always gives me a stylish yet functional haircut. She takes everything into consideration (lifestyle, time spent on hair, etc.) and can make recommendations for what will work best for me. She also takes the time to let me know what products she is using and how to use them.

Missy is also great at coloring hair. I am always amazed at what she can do. My husband loves it too!!

As far as the salon itself: Its beautiful, stylish, hip, and the staff is super friendly. They offer sodas and snacks during the experience and make the client feel welcomed.

Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!!

If you are looking for a talented, competent, patient, funny, flexible, hip and beautiful stylist who really listens to what you want, you MUST make an appointment with Missy Sutherland. Missy has been my stylist for a couple of years now, and I have to say she is hands down the best colorist I have ever been to. Since I first began going to Missy at Splash Salon, I have noticed such a difference in my hair. Not only in the way it looks, but in the overall healthiness too. Missy really cares about making you look as beautiful as you can be, while also taking the time to educate you on how you can achieve a salon look on your own. Missy is the GREATEST and the COMPLIMENTS I get about my hair are even better!!!

I came in on Saturday to see Lacy. I wanted an updo for a wedding. I absolutely loved my hair. At the wedding, I received multiple compliments. I think my hair looked better than the bridesmaids. In addition, Lacy does my hair color and it looks fabulous every time. She is very entertaining and you can tell she enjoys her job.

I lived in Chicago, and I had to find a new salon that did Extensions. My hair is very fine and if the extensions are not done in the right way you can see them. I could not find a salon that met my expectations, until I had read some of the reviews about Splash. I met Jacqueline,loved her right a way I knew just by talking to her she was very knowledgeable about her product. Needless to say I love them,I
went back home to show may girl,and she was impressed, with her techniques. If you want it done right go to splash.

I usually don't write reviews but my experiences at Splash are so great I just had to share! I started going to Jacqueline over a year ago and from the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family not only by Jacqueline but by all the staff. I used to be a stylist so I have always been incredibly picky about who I let touch my hair. I love to be adventurous with my cut and color and everytime I come in to the salon Jacqueline always has a new idea for me. I have gone from reds to browns to almost black, long to short, no bangs to bangs, and have walked out looking AMAZING each and everytime. I love that I can just sit in her chair, not having a clue of what I want and be thrilled when I walk out the door. I recommend Jacqueline to everyone I know and everyone that stops me to comment on my hair and have never heard a bad review. Thanks, Jacqueline!!!

My first visit to Splash was many months ago. Finding the perfect hair stylist is not easy. I know from the minute Kiem took the time to talk with me, I was with the right stylist. He asked many questions as to my life style and what I wanted. He then magically transformed my hair into a style I can manage. Before his expert hands cut my hair, it was a daily fight to "make" my hair style fit a cut not right for me or my hair. I have short, thick, curly, dry hair with a mind of its own. Kiem cut my hair to for its naturall curl. He colors my hair better than I could possilby ask for. I have received alot of compliments since Kiem has transformed my hair. Oh, and did I mention the wonderful head massage that comes with the cut and color. He always makes me so relaxed with the wonderful massage. Kiem is awesome. THANK YOU.

After moving here from L.A., my husband surprised me with a gift that I have wanted. A new look. My friends back home had extensions, and i really liked the change that became of them. I was worried about possible damage, and the overall look of my hair. I didn't want them to look fake, I wanted them to match my color and to flow naturally. My husband has been getting his hair styled by Jacqueline, and I went with him while she cut his hair. I could see that Jacqueline was professional and knowledgeable about her profession. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the salon, and even bought some great jeans at the boutique attached to the salon. The next week, my husband surprised me with a appointment with Jacqueline to talk about extensions. I was amazed about her knowledge and care that she gave me in the consultation, I have my extensions in, and cannot express to Jacqueline what a great job she did. My friends back home were amazed on my last trip back to L.A.. Jacqueline- THANK-YOU

My sister recommended Splash by calling me as she walked out the door of the salon and raving about the best hair salon experience she'd ever had. She had seen a friend who just got back from Splash and said, "OMG! That is exactly how I always dreamed my hair would look when I've gone to salons!" Her friend told her she'd gone to see Kiem at Splash, so my sister booked an appointment. Several weeks after my sister went, I booked an appointment and I was really impressed that Kiem figured out who my sister was without my telling him - talk about someone who pays attention to his clients! I felt very relaxed as we discussed options and as he explained everything to me. My sister and I really feel that Kiem is a true artist at what he does - it's more than a job for him - it's something that he is both expert and gifted at. It is a treat to have your hair in the hands of someone who really cares about, and enjoys, what he does. I went to Kiem feeling a bit hopeless because I had ruined my hair through several home dying jobs and then capped it off with a detrimental salon experience of having all of the color lifted out, leaving my hair both fried and "sticky" (if that makes sense). I wanted something close to my natural color, but I told him I would understand if there was nothing he could do to help me. He didn't lose a beat as he went to work creating a hair color that was EXACTLY what I wanted and then giving me a cut that flatters my face and frame (It is my favorite hair cut ever - but don't tell my hair-stylist mother). My hair feels soft and is shiny and looks beautiful. I want to cry b/c I have not felt "pretty" in a long time and I thought I would have to wait at least a year before I wouldn't be embarrassed about my hair anymore. Kiem was my miracle worker and Splash is a wonderful place to go to. Not only did I get my hair done, I also got the bonus of a head and neck massage and hand massage - How cool is that!

I have never left Spalsh Hair Salon unsatisfied. I have been going to Jacqueline for several years. My color is always fantastic and treatments keep my hair healthy and looking great. I moved away for a few years and had to go to another salon. They could never compare to Jacqueline! I'm so glad my hair is back in her hands. I trust her completely. The professional staff at Splash will always take care of you while you are in the salon and the products you take home will take care of you after you walk out the door. I love this salon and the cute boutique attached is an added bonus! I would highly recommend going to Splash to anyone.

I absolutly loved Splash! I had my first appointment with Courtland last week and he is amazing. I went in having no idea what I wanted but by the time I left I had exactly what I wanted. The salon is comfortable and inviting, and everyone that I met was friendly and welcoming; I loved it! I will be recomending Courtland & Splash to everyone I know. I can't wait for my next appointment.

I normally do not write reviews but I had my hair cut and colored by Missy and it looks awesome!

I am most pleased because the style of cut that she gave me is something that I can imitate at home. Nothing is worse than feeling like you got a great cut (feelin all model-like when you leave the salon) and after one wash - you're totally s.o.l. because you cannot "do" your hair like your stylist did.

It's been 2 weeks and my hair is still looking great!!! I am officially in a monogamous client-stylist relationship!! :)

My husband and i just moved from Manhattan to Fishers. It was hard to leave our salon back home, because of the service and quality we recieved. I took advice from my neighbor who spoke so highly of her stylist- Jacqueline Belus. I was treated with the best experience possible! Jacqueline spent time with me asking questions as to how, and what I do with my hair. She showed me techniques that make my styling in the morning quick and easy. Her knowledge of hair is amazing. After Jacqueline was done with me,
she sent me back for a wonderful facial. The whole experince was terriffic, and I'm very greatful to my new neighbor for sharing Jacqueline with me.

I have been getting my nails done on a weekly basis for the last 15 years and Nikki Gary is by far one of the best manicurists I have ever been to. I "found" her 2 years ago and I have been going to her ever since. Not only is she a great manicurist but she is a great person! I highly recommend her for manicures and pedicures for natural nails!

When I moved from New York to Indy several years ago, I thought I?d never find a salon that would ?fit me?. I almost gave up my search until I came across Splash this past spring. And, I have to say, it?s one of the best finds I?ve made.

Not only does Splash have numerous talented staff, but their customer service is unparalleled. Everyone is genuinely friendly, considerate, and talented?this is certainly not an easy combination to find. Each staff member goes out of his or her way to make sure you have a great experience and feel at home.

Cyndi Kunzer is a terrific stylist and a real sweetheart. She always spends a few extra minutes getting to know me and my preferences and that little bit extra really goes a long way. Cyndi also takes the time to instruct me about how to best style my hair in between visits. She?s given me some great tips.

My manicurist/pedicurist Nikki Gary is another sweetie. Her manicures have been the best I?ve ever gotten. They last forever. She?s meticulous in everything she does.

Daphne Allen is a fabulous esthetician and one of the warmest people I?ve ever met. About 6 months ago my skin started suddenly breaking out with tiny bumps. At almost 40 years old, I thought I should be worried about wrinkles, not pimples. Upon Nikki?s recommendation, I made an appointment with Daphne and within a few weeks, my skin was looking better than it has my entire life. I was ecstatic! Daphne is a stickler for cleanliness and sanitation, which was also a huge plus for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to educate me about my skin. She?s also wonderful about advising me how to take care of my skin between facials. She also does a great eye brow arch.

Guaranteed, if you try Splash you?ll never want to go anyplace else!

If you go to Splash, then you need to see Cyndi! She is absolutely adorable and you will fall in love with her instantly. I first met Cyndi when I brought my 3 girls in to see her and have their hair cut. Their cuts were totally adorable and now they won't go to anyone else but Cyndi! Many of my friends go to Cyndi as well. After seeing their new hair styles, that suited them perfectly, I decided to go see her myself. It was hard for me to switch stylist because I had been with my stylist for years. I also had not been very happy with my cuts for quite some time. I decided to make the switch to Splash and Cyndi and I couldn't be happier. I love my new cut which is a style I never would have dreamed of and I love that she knows exactly what will look best on me. I know it's not fair to judge a hair stylist by their own hair but I just can't help it! Not only is her hair beautiful, she is also one of the sweetest people I have ever known.

You will also love the hair products at Splash. I used to have to order mine online but Splash carries many of the hard to find hair products as well!

I'd been looking for someone who could give me Chicago style since I moved back here four years ago. I happened to see a woman whose hair I really liked and asked her where did you get that great color and cut? Her answer was "Splash".What a lucky day that was for me.Courtland cuts and colors my hair to perfection. .Because of him my hair looks the best it ever has. I so look forward to going to the salon.It is friendly ,fun and very professional. I have seen nothing but great hair being done by everyone in that salon,and believe me I've paid attention. I think Splash is absolutely terrific and I can't recommend it highly enough. So give it a try,I think you'll be so glad you did.

I have always been very particular about haircuts and who I allow to cut my hair. I've been to a few stylists over the past 15 years but several different salons (as 3 of my past stylists have switched salons somewhere along the way) so I've seen everything from a Mom & Pop shop to Indy's trendiest salon. Point being: I was extremely impressed with Splash and Missy and hands down have had the best salon experience yet. The cut was the best cut I've ever had! The great thing about Missy is that she doesn't ask what you like and then do what she wants. She actually listens and takes great care to do the best job with your hair. And not just for me, but for my kids as well. My son (age 15) refuses to go anywhere else but to Missy. Both my daughters (age 7 & 18) are clients too. Missy has helped my older daughter learn how to keep her unruly head of hair healthy & manageable (thank you Missy!) Missy is also great with my little one and has the patience to not just give her a trim but a cute little stacked bob that's just adorable on her! (By the way, if you don't like your cut- as highly unlikely that it will be- you can tell her and she won't be offended but rather thankful that you let her know and will be happy to make you happy. Now that's a sign of a great stylist!) So if you want a wonderful, knowledgable, patient, detail oriented, friendly and professional stylist then you've got to see Missy!

I have been going to Missy for a couple of years now. She has given me the best haircuts I have ever had. I always have a very specific idea in mind of what I want my hair to look like, although I never think to bring photos. Missy does a great job listening to what I want. She takes her time and makes sure I am happy when I leave. The other day I got my hair cut and she called me a couple days later to make sure I wasn't having any problems styling it! She takes her job very seriously, but is also very friendly. I would recommend her to anyone and am sure they would be as pleased as I am. Although I have not had any other services at the salon, all the other people also seem very nice, helpful, and professional.

I have very natural curly long hair (and a lot of it) but like to have it straight with a little bit of curl in it; I started to go see Missy and let me tell you she knows how to cut, style and color my hair exactly as I like it. I never tell her what to do, even though she asks, and I always leave amazed at how she knows what cut, color and style works for me. Missy is very professional, and does her work with the up most pride; she does not rush, she works on perfection, but at the same time has the kind of personality that you can just sit with and talk to. Missy knows what she is doing and does it very well. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great stylist. I will never go anywhere else.

As an automotive engineer, recently retired, I had the opportunity to travel all over the world. love love love it. i've go between kimberly and Leanne who ever is avialable last minute. always do a great job. i've been all over the city and in much more expensive salons, but kimberly and Leanne do the best job. great atmosphere aswell!
