I never had a good experience with a nail service there. French was awful, I had to come re-do it.
My hair experience was also not great - they weren't sure what "event hairdo" to do on long hair, and it ended up sticky and 80-ish.
On the positive side: the West Lafayette branch is open on Sundays - you'd be hard pressed to find any other hair salon that is!
