Anyone who gives any apartment complex a 5/5 rating either, A. Lives in Trump Tower or something extravagantly similiar, B. Is a complete moron, or C. Is an employee POSING as a resident for good publicity.
It is not HORRIBLE. Been here for a year and a half.
PROS
-There is a washer and dryer in each unit.
-Maintenance is fairly expedient and pleasant.
-Utilities are included.
CONS:
-The office is PLAGUED with INCOMPETENCE and INDIFFERENCE. Most of the people working there really could give a s**t less about you or your problems.
-You can't choose your own TV or Internet provider. You have to pick theirs, which is some offbrand bulls**t thats overpriced, or go with DishNetwork- which is actually pretty good, but they wont let me get Comcast or DirecTV. And the only internet they let me get is SLOWSKI, im talken 1200kbs dwnload- whereas the countries avg ISP is 5200kbs. Are we in a communist apartment complex for Christs sake?
-Oh, and dont lemme start on the periodic rent raises. lol. Jeesuz, theyre leaches over here! And i feel like im in the projects with the exposed sprinkler system hanging out the walls. LOL.
Anyways, its not horrible. But DEFINITELY not worth the money. MAYBE because of the washer/dryer, but that doesnt do it.

I lived their last year before moving to Valparaiso. I have missed the apartment I had ever since! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is great and the rent expense is very inexpensive. Each unit has it's own washer/dryer unit, A walk in closet, storage shed and a dishwasher. The grounds crew as well as the snow removal plows are there in the winter as needed. The complex is right behind the mall as well as the restaurants and the theatre. Just minutes from I-65. A great location all the way around! Plenty of area to walk or run if your a runner. I look forward to moving back there in early 2008 and can't wait to do so.

I originally wanted a short term lease, and their rep talked me into a long term lease saying that I need only give a 30 day notice and last month of rent. The lease contract said that an extra month of rent would be required. When I asked her about this she lied. It cost me an extra month of rent. Don't trust them.

I went with my friend who was looking for a new apartment. I was impressed with the friendliness of the people who shows the apartments. We were promptly and greeted with kindness. Everything (the office and the model apartments) was extremely clean. The apartments have a private storage and washer and dryer in the apartment. I would live here if I wanted to live in Indiana. Really Nice.

While searching for a new apartment, I visited this complex. and found the experience to be very pleasant. A knowlegeable staff member took me around to see a one bedroom and then a two bedroom. The apartments are really nice and offer many amenities. The apartments, as well as the office was very clean and inviting. If I was not looking for a home, I would love to apply here. The staff was very inviting and knowledgable.
