I have been going to ENVY US well over 6 years and Lisa is a master with cut and color! She has great talent, even with my hair that is very difficult. Lisa was able to get me in right away and I have been a loyal client ever since. I know Lisa has received a great deal of quality training in many different products and methods. ENVY US (Lisa) is reasonable and always able to fit me in with my busy schedule.

The other review is a bunch of bull. I talked to Lisa about(CAROLYN B.) loser review. (The truth) is that this Carolyn b. Loved her haircut before she left the salon.

1. If there were any problems with your haircut why didnt you say so then?
2. Why wait two days after your appointment to call (Lisa) Envy Us and complain about the haircut.

TRY A NON-FICTION REVIEW NEXT TIME!

I just moved into the area, having had the same hair stylist for 15 years, due to the difficulty in cutting my hair. I first went into this shop on Friday, explaining how my hair needed to be cut and the difficulty in cutting my hair, I was told they had someone who had been cutting hair for over 15 years and was assured that she would be able to cut my hair. I made the appointment for Saturday. I again informed Lisa that my hair had to be barely cut wet and finished cutting dry, so that it laid right. I walked out of there with the worst hair cut that I have every had, the back side one longer than the other. Her solution, when she saw what she had done, was to use the thinning shears, which my hair did not not need to be thinned. I was morrified when I got home and saw the extent of my hair! I then had to find another place to fix my already too short hair. The new place was horrified at such a BAD hair cut. I called back on Monday and informed them of the bad hair cut and was hung up on.
