Terrible. Picked up car when it was "fixed". Problem not fixed-rattle still there-we never took it off lot-the customer service was non existent. Argumentative and unwilling to acknowledge issue with repair. Insisted he fixed it even as he listened to the rattle when car was running! (The rattle we brought in to get rid of). A woman was in the shop with an unrepaired issue as well and the guy was just as rude to her. Said "Not my problem-it was fixed when I finished it" Cound not believe what I was hearing. No manager on site to talk to. Will find a different locally owned shop for repair and routine maintenance. This one is a failure on every count.
Always reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable. Willing to work with my schedule and honest about time/$$ needed.

I am very much satisfied with the service by Dinius. I used to do oil change, tire change ..... for my car in this service center. One of the staff is so friendly and he used to say what all i have to replace in my car. He also gives advice regarding how you have to manage a car. Nowadays i am going only to this service center not to other shop. You can also use the coupon, with the coupon the price will be very low. Even i like to open an cutomer account with them.
My husband and I went to Dinius when my 2000 Focus was leaking antifreeze. They were super friendly and very courteous. They quickly analyzed the problem with our car and quoted about $300 and 2 days worth of work. Surprisingly, they called at the end of the day to say the car was ready and the cost was $250. Very pleased!
