Our lawn was in TERRIBLE condition. We had a ton of weeds. So we called Trugreen. Within 2 treatments our lawn looks 100% better! The first time they came out I didn't see much improvement. I called them and they sent someone out within 24 hrs. for another treatment...free of charge! They are great!
