Two random colors of grout used in shower is cracking, tiles are falling off the walls (set on wood not cement board), bugs painted into ceiling, hair varnished into floor, square hole cut for round pipe in outside wall, ramps don't meet ADA code, original foundation damaged, decking not finished, cheap handrails, electric meter doesn't meet electric company code, siding ripped off and sharp edges left exposed. The list goes on and it's still falling apart!!
