Fort Wayne Newspapers puts out two local newspapers: The Journal Gazette (mornings Sunday - Saturday)) and The News Sentinel (evenings Monday - Saturday). Both papers do a good job of maintaining separate identities, although it's difficult not to repeat some regional stories word for word. You can easily purchase the papers at grocery stores, book stores, and news stands all over the area, at a cost of 50 cents for the weekdays and 1.75 for the Sunday paper. As for their national articles, they pull most of their information from Knight Ridder. They don't always print pictures with the highest quality, but they do their best to make sure the information provided is balanced from all sides. If you're living in Northeast Indiana, make it a habbit to pick up one of Fort Wayne Newspapers' fine products daily!

PROS: Excellent coverage of local and national issues
CONS: Pictures don't always print out clearly or with good quality.

The Ft. Wayne newspapers are one of the better papers that I have read. They have the "small town" feel with the large town information.

I especially like getting the Sunday paper for the coupons and ads.
