Harbour Spa Salon

This place gives the appearance of a spa that wants to cater to your needs, but the staff doesn't seem to know how to follow through. Your end results, whether it be a manicure, hairstyle, brow shaping, etc, will be just as you want, but there is really nothing special about the service at all. When my stylist left, so did I.
