Body Flash

don't listen to what these people are saying. Body flash is great. the guy is really nice, and sometimes gives me deals on the gauges because i buy from him so often. any place could sell jewelry that breaks. its your fault for buying crappy jewelry. learn to buy the good stuff. like, i buy wood gauges, for much cheaper price anywhere else or on line, and they don't break or anything. body flash is great.

I contacted Body Flash about doing custom screen print on a sweat shirt and was told they could certainly do it and have it ready by the first week of December. I express over the phone and via email what I needed and how important it was that it be ready by the first week of December. The day I was to drive an hour to pick up the gift they emailed me and said the color they ordered for the sweat shirt came in wrong and that I could either go purchase my own sweat shirt or wait another week. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy and felt it was bad customer service to even suggest I correct their problem for them. Unfortunately I had no option but to locate a sweat shirt and drive it an hour to them due to the fact this was a birthday gift. Once I arrived at Greenwood mall they attempted to put an iron-on decal on my sweat shirt. I stated I had ordered a screen print not a tacky iron-on. At this point they explained that the price would double for that. I walked away before I said anything I may regret later.
Bottom line is poor customer service and I would not recommend them for any screen print jobs.

Body flash is an okay business. The jewelry that they have there is somewhat cheap though. I purchased 4 items from there, and two of them broke. Then they would not let me return my broken belly button rings.
