Mc Alister's Deli

this is a very reasonable deli to take your kids to, we love the sandwiches and soup deals but it's nice to be able to get a nice meal for both kids at such a low cost, the store is clean and it does tend to be busy during lunch but we always go a ltitle earlier around 11:00 am to avoid the rush.

If you hit McAlister's during lunch on a weekday be prepared to wait for a table. The lunch crowd is amazing, and while they have a large amount of seating the excellent food and tea draws an even larger crowd.

I highly recommend the Chicken Tortilla Soup in a bread bowl. It's the best I have found anywhere.

The kid's meals are a great deal at only $1.99. Kid's drinks are only $.49.

Don't forget to try the iced tea. The sweet tea is fabulous!

PROS: Great food and iced tea, inexpensive kid's meals
CONS: very popular at lunch, hard to find a seat
