I have used AHC services off and on for the past 3 years, less since they moved to Carmel. The therapist that I regularly use is very professional and caring. She gets information before starting in order to find out what you need most. She explains what she is doing, what muscle she is working on and what type of massage she is giving. This has helped me to know what I like and dislike and what to ask for next time. She uses different types of healing: massage, reflexology, positive statements, etc. to address a truely holistic healing expreience.

PROS: Complete holistic healing. Wonderful massage therapist.
CONS: Location: Private home, a bit uncomfortable to have to walk through.
