Cardinal Fitness

I joined this location of Cardinal Fitness 2 years ago. I had the $19.95 payment withdrawn from my checking account. This year I received a new debit card with the same numbers but a new expiration date. The draft with drawl was denied by my bank. Cardinal Fitness charged me a fee of 16.95 for the denial. I called their number explaining that I do not feel responsible for that fee. They said there is nothing they can do. I went to the fitness center and told them I wanted to cancel my membership. They said they would not cancel the membership unless I paid the penalty. I told them good luck and I would not be back. What a ridiculous way to lose a customer.

I am very much satisfied with Cardinal fitness. I wish I still had a membership to this gym . I've never been to a nicer gym. When you first join you get to work with a personal trainer who will set up a routine for you. They also do a complete work up of your weight,height etc. There are tons of equipment, and though it's very crowded, you typically don't have to wait. What a wake-up call when they tell you how your body's age compares with your actual age! They offer childcare which I really liked and felt comfortable leaving my child in.

I choose Cardinal Fitness because of their location and they only require a one month committment at a time. The prices are extremely reasonably at about $20 a month. Their machine selection is great and up to date. The staff is always friendly. I would definitely recommend. The only drawback is it can get quite croweded at peaks times right after 5pm.
