Chem Dry Of Fort Wayne

I used Chem Dry recently. We have lived in our home for almost 5 years, and had rented a steam machine, but we never had the carpets cleaned professionally before. I was very happy with the results. Our dining room carpet was especially bad (no surprise there!), and even that area came out virtually spotless. I was very happy with the quality, service, (good job, Andy) and price. The only caveat - - it appears that they don't move furniture (or would charge extra). You probably want to ask about this first. It seems that the receptionist / scheduler should let you know about this.
I will definitely use them again! The carpet was dry within a few hours, just as the technician said.

PROS: Professional, no coupon nonsense, gave an accurate estimate first
CONS: Extra charge for furniture moving?
