After purchasing our furnance from another local business in the fall of 2000, it suddenly stopped working one night when our infant daughter was just 6 weeks old. That business did not return our after hours emergency call, but Love Heating & Air stepped up the next morning and fixed our furnace in no time at a reasonable rate. We switched our service contract to them, and purchased an air conditioner in the summer of 2003. Their technicians are always prompt and courteous, the staff in the office answers my questions, and they even send out postcards to remind me to schedule my twice-yearly equipment check. I highly recommend them!
