I've grown to love this store. With my youngest growing like a weed, I hate to spend a lot on clothes she may only wear once. This store has gently used clothing and shoes of all sizes. I've bought a lot of board books very reasonably priced for our toddler. It's not that's she's bored with the ones we have, it's mommy getting tired of reading the same ones. Recommend to all.

Once Upon A Child is a wonderful place to scout for gently used, and inexpensive pieces of children's clothing and shoes. Like any second-hand store it is usually hit or miss with specific items but the selection is larger than most other places of similar interest and all the clothing and shoes are in good to excellent shape.
Once Upon A Child also buys gently used children's clothing and shoes the money you receive back for your items is less than you could get it you sold them elsewhere. However for those who don't want to mess with Ebay and would like to see instant cash back for their items Once Upon A Child is the place to go.

Great selection, fair pricing. Friendly staff and Good sales.
You really don't get your money's worth when attempting to sell them things. My rec is to take it to the Goodwill or Julian Center and take the tax deduction. Better cause and better value.
