The Childrens Museum

My husband and I went to the Children's Museum with my parents over Labor day weekend. I hadn't been there since I was a kid, and it was just as fun as I remembered. Things had changed since I was a kid, but lots of my favorites were still there. My husband adored the amazing new Dinosphere. We all really enjoyed the current Norman Rockwell exhibit as well. This is the biggest Children's Museum in the world and is definitely worth a visit, though it's a bit pricy if you can't make it to one of the special free times.

On the first Thursday of every month from 5pm - 8pm The Children's Museum is free for families. It's perfect if you have young kids with short attention spans. You can have a great time with no expense! It does get crowded on these nights, however, so be prepared.
