Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio

I was in the market for a new Vera Bradley purse when i saw the Merle Norman in the mall carried the Vera Bradley line. The store was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was invited for a Free Makeover which i am definitely going to take advantage of.

I was at Honey Creek Mall and was excited because I needed some new makeup. I walked into the store with my son and his girlfriend. The salesclerk had her supper spread out on one of the display cases and was visiting with a friend. I thought okay, everyone has to eat, I'll look at the purses and give her a chance to finish up. No sooner had she quit eating and another friend came in and started another conversation. The clerk never asked me if I needed anything, nothing until I was on my way out of the store, I didn't want to interupt the conversation. She had just told her friend to pull up a chair before she asked me if I needed anything. I was prepared to spend good money, I needed foundation and some brushes and eyeshadow but evidently they have plenty of sales, because they didn't need my money. I am not a hard person to please and I give the benefit of the doubt but this was over the line.
