On my recent visit to Jockish Flowers, I was very pleased! They are so nice and helpful. They had many suggestions and the flowers are beautiful. There is also a lot to choose from. Thank you Chris and Jill for making my visit a happy one in spite of the circumstances. I also appreciated the bouquet you gave me to take home. What a nice touch!

They are a small business that gives more than reasonable prices. Sometimes an old Lady answer the phone and maybe she has the worst phone etiquette, but who cares. I spend thousands of dollars on flower and the best phone etiquette business has bull service and not as good arrangements that jockish has. The product is what counts and maybe they were not sensitive to some people needs but they have obligation that they have to meet. This is not the love boat but a business.
My family had given this florist our business for years. When my dad died we went to order flowers for the casket. We were told they were too busy because of prom. Unbelievable! We have never returned. How insensitive. How sad that this was the kind of or lack of customer service during a heartbreaking time.
Jockish is the best florist in town, hands down. I have used Jockish for years and am always pleased with their work. For the money spent, you always recieve an arrangement that looks like you spent at least 50 percent more than you did, and IMHO, at least 200 percent more than if you had purchased the flowers from MacNa*****
Jockish is the best. Prices are reasonable, service is efficient, the flowers are superior to other florsts'.

I had been a (happy) customer for many years. My last order was a huge disappointment. In my opinion, my complaint was not handled in a professional manner. I will no longer be a customer.

Their care, concern, and committment to their clients is surpassed by any other! I have burried friends, family, and sent flowers all over the country via Jockish. NOT ONCE in all these years have I ever been let down or not happy with the time frame and the quality of workand craftsmanship! THANK YOU!
I have to say that I have used Jockish Flowers more than any other florist and I will say that they have delievered more beautiful flowers than any other, and by far with less cost. As one customer said, when you go into the store for the first time, it's not that impressive, but once you get the gentleman to wait on you, he's GREAT and treats you wonderful!!! You can tell from the inside they have been there for years!! I love walking out of there with my fresh carnation and babys breath. My flowers have never been late for any occassion, and I have never felt like I've not gotten what I've paid for, I feel they go above and beyond their call of service. Sometimes people just have a bad day, and you have to admit if most of the customers coming in are grieving, it's hard to remember that, because you are still trying to do your job....and get things done for other customers as well. No excuse, but I would call the owner and let them know what happened, no doubt they would make it better for you!!
I have always had wonderful, considerate phone service with Jockish Flowers. And the added plus is being more than pleased with their product. Best around! Buy with confidence!
I have always received the nicest flowers at low prices from Jockish. I have been using them for several years and I have always been happy with their service and value.
Fantastic florist with low overhead and top designs and dependability. Always a great experience. Beautiful flowers, quality arrangements, More flowers for the dollar! Find this best kept secret. I did years ago.
My family went to Jockish Flowers to order a funeral arrangement for the casket. The person taking our order was incredibly disrespectful to my family. We just left the funeral home, and stopped in to order the flowers. He had no patience at all, and was flat out rude to the mother who was grieving the loss of her son. Do not go here at all if you are expecting an ounce of customer service. I am incredibly disappointed, and would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

Jockish Flowers has always delivered the most beautiful flowers. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion! I ordered a fresh arrangement for a funeral and they were, by far, the most beautiful flowers there.

I have used them many times over the years and very happy with the Service and Price. They make it so easy to order by phone. And when you
pay your bill at the shop, they always give you a few fresh flowers
as a Thank You gift.

I was referred to this company by the man I'm dating and I was very pleased at the service. I wasn't able to go to the location so I ordered them over the phone. All I had to tell the woman who picked up the phone that I needed orange flowers for a belated birthday. The next day, I got a wonderful call about how they loved flowers. I was very impressed from the first service and would be happy to use them again.

I first received flowers from Jockish, and then began to use them when I needed to send/order flowers. Their arrangements are always gorgeous and definitely worth the money. They are very accommodating and very timely with delivery.
However, the past two times I have called, the person (female) taking the order has been extremely unpleasant. One of the things I have liked about calling Jockish was the pleasant individual on the other end of phone. It's not every day that you send/order flowers, it's usually for a special/sad occasion, so expectedly you appreciate the friendliness and care of the person taking the order that you are conveying exactly what you would like. The woman I spoke to was short and not at all friendly. If I had been calling for the first time I would have definitely hung up as well.
You've been around for years, I hope that you correct the problem so everyone has the opportunity to appreciate the quality and service you are so very capable of providing!

I have been ordering flowers from Jockish since the late 60's. I can always trust them to send beautiful arrangements that will last. What good is a beautiful flower arrangement if it dies in just a few days?? You will never have to worry about that with Jockish! Whether in town or out you can trust that you will get only the best. I always get compliments on the flowers I send. Thank you Jockish for always being there when I need you.

I have used them for over 25 years & every time the service & the prices are great. Thank you to Jockish for the wonderful service. I highly recommend this florist. We live out of town and they still let us have an account. This makes the transaction so fast and easy. They treat you like you were their only customer and each order that I place is magnificent. The people that I have these flowers sent to are always in awe of how fresh and beautiful they are!!

I used to walk here with my Grandma over twenty years ago to order her flowers. Every basket she ever sent was from this store. And when you go in to order your flowers instead of calling, they always give you a fresh carnation to take with you, which I think is very nice because I love flowers and always wish I was getting some for myself when I order. Their prices are very reasonable and they do let you have an account. I have ordered flower for many occasions and paid for them out of my next payday. They are a wonder place to have available.

One of the best around. My family has use them for over 20 years.

No matter the occasion, I always get my flowers from Jockish, and I don't even live in Indianapolis. I work near them, which is how I found out about them. Their flowers are gorgeous. they really do fabulous work! Their prices are anywhere from $5 to $25 cheaper than any other place in town (not sure how they do it). When you walk in, the place is nothing special to look at, but trust me....they do great work!!! I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love Jockish Flowers! My fiance ordered me my first bouquet from there & had them sent to my work. Everyone here at work loved them, including myself! We all use Jockish now. The bouquet was huge and had the prettiest flowers in it!
