A Spot Of Ink & A Taste-Steel

Don't go here. they gave me and my girlfriend tattoos and had us come back 2 times for our touch ups and we still haven't gotten them, they look really bad. they only do 2 a day 1 day a week. they also messed up on her piercing and now she has 2 holes. After 2 trips to there store (several miles away) after promised appointment they refused to give either of us our touch up. total unsatisfied with both my tattoos from them.

a spot of ink has to be the most friendly establishment i have ever entered ! i came in there the other day and a very intelligent young man with pink hair was working at the counter and he was EXTREMELY helpful to all my needs. i took up about an hour of this young man's time and yet he stayed faithful to the cause of customer service. i must say that A SPOT OF INK has to be the cleanest, most helpful and courteous shop i have ever had the pleasure to enter. i will be returning there for all of my future work (of any kind) the smiling faces are always a welcome sight to me. i HIGHLY RECOMMEND a spot of ink to ANYONE!! it is THE most enjoyable environment. they are located at 19. south 3rd street in vincennes, take a left off of main street onto 3rd and you cant miss it.

I got my first piercing done there and i love it! Alot of people said this was the place to go, I will always start going there if i want anymore done. I totally recommend to go to Spot Of Ink. The employees that work there are AWESOME and helpful.
P.s I got my eyebrow done :)

its a great place my daughter got a tattoo and i got my nose piecred it hurt like hell but i like it and a awesome nice guy did it:)

i have had 4 tats done here and 3 of the for are awesome only 1 was reather bad also found out the person who done the one bad one no longer works there so that's good my husband also has two from there and he is really happy with his

i purchased a huge tribal neck piec to match up with my tribal arm band. and they did a excellent job helping me find the perfect tattoo. they have the most freindly working evirnment i h ave ever seen, and the very best top quality staff. i will never let anyone else do anything to my body except for them. if you want to go great art work done i recommend going to them. top quality products and top quality people.

Ive had two tatts done here first a shamrock was awsome. The second was horrible. i think the guy was drunk or something cause i have to go get it covered.ya that bad i loved the place and have seen some amazing work come out of there but i dont know what happened. dont really reccommend.

I have really never got any work done here, but alot of people do recommend me to take a look! I mentioned getting new tattoos for my husband and myself and they all say to go to you all

I thought that this shop was top quality, professional, and the artists were great! I've had a tongue piercing done, and a nice arm band that I get complimented on almost daily. I highly recommend this shop!

I have gotten three tattoos at A Spot of Ink & Taste of Steel and Doc & May are the best. It is by far the cleanest establishment I have ever been in and the most professional. They know their art. Keep up the GREAT work!!!

I just love this business! I have had 4 piercings by Doc and Maggie, and they are the greatest. They really put your mind at ease and make you feel comfortable. I haven't gotten a tattoo from them, but have seen the work that they have done on some of my friends. I highly recommend this place! The Store is pretty big, they have just a tattoo area, a couple of piercing rooms and then 2 big rooms full of jewelery for your new peercings. The decor is not much to look at, just plain. When I had my piercings done it was only $20 for cartilidge piercing, and $20 for belly piercings.

PROS: Very inviting and they make you feel welcome, good prices
CONS: not much to look at
