Pool City

I had a 18 X 36 in-ground pool installed by them 2 years ago. Their pricing was better than the other quotes I received and the pool was completed as scheduled. I have had no problems with this pool since it's installation.

I used Pool city and was very happy with their professionalism. In 2002 they installed a swimming pool for us and it was a very good experience. Then in 2005 they installed logs and a fireplace for us. That too, was a very favorable purchase. We buy all our pool supplies there and their great and very helpful. I do recommend them to all my friends with pools!

Pool City was very professional when installing my fireplace. My room was cleaner when they left then when they arrived. I would recommend them to everyone. They were very competitively priced and knowledgeable about their products. The whole staff from the salesman to the installers were very friendly.

The contractor that dug our pool decided to help himself to our plants/ornamental grasses. When confronted became aggressive, wanted to fight and using profanity so the neighbors called 911 (can you believe that). We have a police report (which is on file). The Superintendent that arrived with the contractor could not control his employee and the fighting went on for 40 MINUTES. Don't ever use this company if you can help it!

If you want your pool up in a timely manner, you should go somewhere else. They are very slow at the job. They come out several times to get the job done. Also pretty expensive.
They specialize in only pools.
