A Plus Indy Computer Repair

Brought in a friend's PC I couldn't repair, and described the problem to them accurately. They made an estimate of both cost and time to repair.
Cost ended up being less than originally quoted, possibly because it took them a week longer than originally stated. I think it had something to do with them misdiagnosing the problem despite my clear explanation of what was wrong. Apologetic & polite, but nevertheless slow.
