They made an estimate of both cost and time to repair. <br />Cost ended up being less than originally quoted, possibly because it took them a week longer than originally stated. I think it had something to do with them misdiagnosing the problem despite my clear explanation of what was wrong. Apologetic &amp; polite, but nevertheless slow.</p> Z.
