Down home cooking is the best way to describe Richard's. When you walk in the door there is usually an overpowring smell of food. Come in the morning and it is usually the smell of eggs and biscuits. I recommend the Biscuits and Gravy...thick buttermilk biscuits topped with creamy sausage gravy with a cup of coffee. Other options include the Pecan waffle, a big Belgian waffle topped with peanc slices and whipped cream. Lunch options include any burger you would want. On the top of my list is the Triple Cheese Burger...and it is just like it sounds.
Dinner selections offer a variety for anyone in the family. My kids usually go for the Chicken tenders which come with 2 sides and a drink, my husband goes for the Half-Chicken which comes with salad bar and potato. The chick is broasted and the skin is cruncy and the chicken is tender. I myself, lover of spicy food, go for the Spicy Southwestern Chicken Breast. Two juicy chicken breasts first rubbed with a spicy rub and then grilled to perfection. It is also served with salad bar and choice of potato.
A very good place in m book!
