Before we could even get in the door, there was someone there to assist us. They would take the dresses as we found them and put them in the room. They gave advice the entire time and really knew what they were talking about. They had REALLY inexpensive dresses too that were absolutely gorgeous! They have a huge selection of basic, tacky, and down right ugly but reasonably priced (even cheap) gowns. To change their off the rack image, they now have designer gowns in store. I found the most beautiful and costly gown there that is now my wedding gown. The also have all the accessories to coordinate, and several discounts on other things for shopping there. The staff isnt the nicest and most of the consultants are rude and unhelpful.
