I am glad this nightmare is over!! After 4 years, I finally wised up and found another doctor. I have been extremely over-medicated, treated for things I don't have (including 2 in office surgical procedures), and treated like CRAP by the office staff. I have gone weeks without returned phone calls, and most of the time, my treatments were uncharted. Now, my new doctor is being denied access to my medical records! Run away....fast!!

I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Evansville Primary Care. I know that my children are in good hands, and would recommend Evansville Primary Care to anyone. The doctors and staff go out of their way to make each visit a pleasant one and someone is always available to answer my questions and concerns.

Wow. Have been an unhappy client for 6 years, but this time I'm done. The office staff is - as described above - arrogant, rude, and does not acknowledge your presence. I have never once called there and not had to leave a voice mail and waited 1-5 days for a return call. Dr. H is normally my doctor - an excellent doctor with an excellent professional manner who's trapped in an office full of jerks. Nurses have attitudes, don't return calls... I was sent to see Dr. Neeley recently while my doctor was on vacation - ended up having a surprise "female" exam - which was cold, unprofessional, and downright humiliating. Not to mention, I began calling for the results 5 days ago - 5 days after the test - and was finally surprised by a return call today that was so unbelievably unprofessional! Although I have a normal, common "female" infection, I was spoken to as if I were a common prostitute, and when I made mention of feeling that way, was basically told I should feel that way.

As a patient with Fibromyalgia pain, having been a patient for too many years... there are many words to describe my experience with Evansville Primary Care... Lacking ethics and values, lacking concern, compassion, consideration, confidentiality, manipulating, dishonest, unprofessional, over-medicating, arrogant, no empathy, no support, no monitoring, no follow-up/through, completely non-responsive... no respect for the patient or the oath taken to become a health care provider. Not to mention, the offices & waiting area are filthy!

I had been a patient of one doctor for 4 years at this practice and started with the physician when he started there. He, at that time, appeared to be everything I was looking for, compassionate, caring, professional, concerned...everything you do not see much in a doc anymore these days. However, this all changed the first year when, I guess his patient quota began growing, I started being scheduled with other PA's/MDs to the point I was actually seeing my MD maybe 2 times a year. But what really did me in was when I called one night with an emergency and as I was explaining my problem, I had to keep saying his name as he was falling asleep while I was talking to him! To this day, I do not know if he even rememers it.Just recently I was seen by him, 2nd time this year; there were questions about why someone treated me with this and that and that things were not charted, etc., which is questions I should not have even been asked. I guess that is the price you pay when you pawn your patients on other physicians. He was with me a total of 5 min, and listened to me breathe, and I was diagnosed with "fibromyalgia" after 4 years of being his patient. I was not even properly examined for this diagnosis. My advice.. be aware of doctors just starting out in a practice. It is almost like they will say anything to build the rapport and after they have grown and are making that $$$, the ones that started out with them just sort of get kicked to the curb unless you have good insurance and/or good money. The other physicians there are good ones and there is one that has been in the practice for a long time that I wished I would have seen from get go.

This office utilizes 4 physicians, 3 of which are are quite pleasant. One of the drs. has poor manners and bad attitude. However the worst thing is the lack of professionalism and lack of customer service given by the office staff. When my family used this facility, each time we were there the office girls were constantly gossiping about patients, co-workers and family. They would often never acknowledge your presence until you speak. It is my opinion the they professional ethics are quite lacking!
