Big N Little Shoes

Big 'n Little Shoes is a great shoe store for kids & adults with feet of all shapes & sizes. The staff will bring out as many shoes as it takes to fit your child (and even moms & dads!). In the 30+ years i have shopped there I have never left this store unsatisfied with my product & the service. From infant shoes, corrective shoes, big shoes for little people, boots, slippers, dance shoes, socks, hair accessories and more...this store is a one stop shop!

I agree that the store owners have a bad attitude and are surly. I sought out the store because I wanted my child's shoes to be fitted properly. They really have no patience for doing this. On the plus side, they have a nice selection of shoes, and when things are on sale, you can get a pretty good deal.

If you are in the suburban Chicago metro area, a great kid shoe store with no attitude or surliness is Chrisella's in La Grange. I also love Zappos.com. They have great service and excellent return policy.

I would go to this store often when I was a child, but when I became an adult and began to take my daughter to this store, things have changed. The husband and wife team attempts to talk to customers in a rude and nasty manner. The wife works with children when fitting shoes, but doesn't have patience. How do you own a children's' shoe store, and don't have the personality to work with children? I will never go back to this store again!

i love this place. i have been going there since i was a kid. i remember every time we needed new shoes my mom would say, we are going to big n little and we would run to the car. even now i still love going there. they have shoes for the entire family so it is really one stop shopping. the prices are decent. and the staff is always ready to assist you.

Big N Little Shoes has many shoes to choose from. They carry many styles for both sexes and every age. It's a pretty decent sized place. The sales people are there and ready to be of any help to you or your family. The prices are ok. You can probably go cheaper if you go to the mall. The store has that new shoe smell and the decor is very inviting.
