Carpet Master

I feel like I have been swindled out of my money! I have never experienced such high pressure sales in my life! They did not do a good job and when we called them back they either don't respond or don't come back when promised. VERY DISAPPOINTED in both the carpet cleaning and the company!

I have used carpet master for over 13 years now. The send the same crew everytime. They are very dependable and always on time. I had a dog get injured while we were gone and he got blood all over the downstairs carpet and the steps. I called carpet master when I got home. They sent someone out at 8:30 at night and was able to save my carpet. I highly recommend this company no matter what your situation maybe.

It's been a few years ago that I had not one, but two bad experiences w/ this company. The first time they came out I had to deal w/ an obnoxious sales guy who wouldn't stop trying to convince anyone who would listen that he was "the manager" of the company. He apparently thought I was going to mistake his continued, pushy pressure for me to spend more money, into charm. Anyway, the next couple days I smelled strong mildew in my boys' room & their carpet was still wet. I had to call & they sent someone out to get the added moisture up. Sadly, that Christmas I was having company from both sides of the family come to our house, (most of them staying w/ us from out of state), & I did have Carpet Master come back out; same reason as the 1st time~that cheap coupon they circulate, (plus I really thought the 1st experience was surely a fluke). This time the guys were less obnoxious & all seemed well. Again though, the next day we could smell the mildew & still feel the moisture under our feet in EVERY room & it was Christmas Eve! I called & they scheduled a time for someone to come out to extract the water. They NEVER showed up & NEVER called. I called back, in a panic of course, but was never able to reach anyone. Naturally, my house smelled awful & carpet was wet on the holidays. I called the next time business day & never received an explanation, apology, or any reimbursement. I will say this was about 5 years ago, but 2 bad experiences seem too coincidental & I wanted to warn anyone I can. I've learned my lesson w/ shoddy carpet cleaners & know now that you get what you pay for! I'd rather pay more & get professional, great results w/ reputable steam cleaners. I have no clue how the other 2 reviews on here are 5 stars, but am honestly happy these 2 consumers came out unscathed! Hope this helps someone!

I've tried many carpet cleaners over the years and Carpet Master has been the best. I've now used them exclusively for two years and they have never let me down. Aside from being very professional, they do a great job and always a little cheaper than the others. Hint: Their pre-treat is well worth the extra few dollars per room.

We called them about a month ago to clean our carpets. The workers were on time and were very polite. They cleaned our entire downstairs, 4 areas, 2 bedrooms and a loft for around $150/$160. All of the spots that I was worried about came out, including lipstick that our 2 yr old smudged into the carpet. The carpet looked like new when they were finished. I also paid for them to scotch guard our stairs (which was included in that price). Overall I'm very satisfied with Carpet Master and wouldn't hesitate to call them, again.
