I love this GoodWill store! My favorite over the other Ft.Wayne ones:D Always great finds and helpful staff:) I'll be there today too;D Thank you for the great job you do!!!

I am a regular shopper here. At least once a week I am in there. The cashiers (with the exception of the blond manager) are always VERY nice and polite.
As for the one blond manager, she will nit pick your purchase, remove things she deems as "unfit for purchase" and will over charge you for a JOINED 2 piece shirt set!!!!!!!!!
I have really cut down on my visits due to her unfriendly attitude and terrible sales management.
