Peterman Heating & Cooling HAS JOE ON THEIR TEAM

Joe Morgan , is a very knowledgeable tech. Joe answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. He gave me what I though was good advice about my A.C. and took the time to explain things to me. Joe had our house cooling in no time. THANKS JOE MORGAN & PETERMAN HEATING & COOLING.

Never Again

Peterman sent a tech out to my house to diagnose the problem with my heater. We agreed that the price would be $75 for the diagnosis. The guy spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong and then tried to convince me that I should let him replace the thermostat for $300 (a $50 part). Then he said the other thermostat was bad and the bill would have been $675! I told him I was not interested and that I would replace the part myself...to which he replied that the diagnosis would cost $150 instead of the agreed $75 due to the fact that I have two systems in the house. I am happy to pay for service I have received...I feel like I got taken on this one.

A Company I Will Do Business With Again

When my A/C went out this summer I stopped in because they were near my house. Two hours later they were there, diagnosed the problem down to the part, had the part in stock, and I was back up and running 30 minutes later. They also couldn't be nicer. As far as my experience went, I couldn't be happier and there is no other place I would call.
