Located in a small house with a dingy interior, this insurance agency offer quotes for a few companies letting you pick the best rate. Though it seems like after they get you to sign a policy they think their work is done. When you call with a question or problem it takes some time for them to get back to you and changes to the policy arent always done right. I recently submitted a claim for my automobile and brought the estimate in with me. The estimate was well over $1500 but the girl listed it as an under $1000 claim causing a discrepancy and then a follow-up investigation which delayed my payment. The girls in the office arent the nicest, but they do offer all lines of insurance enabling you to keep all your coverage through one office.
